Do I need to be going through a specific kind of "exit"?
Not at all. Exits come in many forms—some loud, some quiet. Whether you're walking away from a job, a relationship, an identity, or simply shifting into a new era of your life, we’re here for it. If it matters to you, it matters to us.
What happens at a retreat?
Each retreat is completely customizable! Do you have your own crew and need to set up a space and itinerary? Do you need to engage with a new network in a guided retreat that combines intentional workshops, guided self-reflection, creative expression, rest, and connection? Choose either extreme or anything in between. Connect with other women who are also navigating transition and crave a similar experience. You’ll walk away lighter, clearer, and more grounded in your next steps—with tools to keep going.
Where are the retreats held?
Retreat locations vary but are always chosen for their comfort, beauty, and ability to create space for reflection and renewal. Think peaceful, welcoming settings—never stuffy or sterile. Exact locations and dates are shared with each retreat registration.
What's included in the retreat fee?
Retreat fees typically cover lodging, meals, all materials, guided workshops, and curated experiences. Travel to and from the retreat location is not included unless otherwise noted.
How do I sign up?

Can I gift a retreat or sponsor a woman's experience?
Yes! Empowered giving is part of our mission. Contact us to purchase a gift certificate or become a sponsor for a woman in transition who could use support.
